Código busca sintonizar con el misterio, con el insondable enigma del universo a través del paisaje, las imágenes aluden a un paisaje en construcción, que utiliza los desechos y residuos de la actividad humana, una fábrica de hormigón, para construir escenarios que aluden a lo intangible y lo abstracto, a lo aparente, a lo que asombra, sin escalas, sin tamaños y sin dimensiones concretas que hacen transcender las imágenes de su contexto original y que ha sido creado por la construcción humana. Imágenes, que a modo de presencias, quietas, silenciosas, se asemejan a formas esenciales de la geometría plana, un círculo, un triángulo y un rectángulo, pero también abrazan lo simbólico y sugieren ese todo invisible que es el Universo expresado en un código de geometrías, o lo que es lo mismo, la vida y la muerte, origen y fin, lleno y vacío. Fotografías que nos hablan de la transitoriedad, de la impermanencia de la actividad humana y a la vez de la creación de un paisaje lleno de significados en sus formas. Al hacer las imágenes me enfoqué en las cualidades formales para dejar al espectador desorientado en este paisaje disperso y simbólico, que es una caligrafía de una cosmovisión, un extraño código que asombra.
It is a landscape fiction which seeks to sintonize with the mystery and the deep enigma of the Universe. The images allude to a landscape under construction which utilizes waste and rubbish of mankind, a concrete factory, pointing to a dystopic society that shows no respect for the environment, to build sceneries that evoke the intangible and the abstract, the evident, the amazing, with no scale, no size, no particular dimension. The photographs transcend the original context and show strange architectural forms fusing into the landscape. These forms in a mode of presence, quiet, silent, are similar to flat geometry, a circle, a triangle and a rectangle, but also embrace the symbolic and disclose the invisibility which is the Universe expressed in a geometrical code, which is the same as life and death, origin and end, full and empty. This work talks about the transience, of the impermanence of human activity and at the same time of a landscape full of meaning in its forms. Calligraphy of a cosmovision, a strange astonishing code.
